Role Purpose:
As a Good Times Area Sales Manager (ASM) , your primary responsibility is to influence consumer purchasing habits by expanding the distribution, availability, and visibility of GT brands across retail outlets. ASMs ensure products meet consumer demand while adhering to company objectives and strategic initiatives.
Principal Responsibilities:
New Distribution (Top Priority): Identify opportunities to place new Good Times products in retail stores. Align placements with company target store lists and strategic objectives. Promote new products during retail visits to increase brand presence.
Retail Visit Frequency:
Execute retail visits following quarterly planners, visiting no more than once per quarter per location, at a rate of 15 stores daily.
Improve Visibility:
Secure premium placement for Good Times products to maximize visibility. Utilize POS materials to enhance promotional and brand focus. Fill Out OOS (Out of Stock): Address out-of-stock situations promptly during visits. Restock inventory directly from car stock and escalate recurring issues to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
Place POS Materials:
Refresh promotional displays during each visit to ensure branding aligns with current campaigns.
Return Outdated Products:
Manage outdated or damaged inventory, replacing it with fresh stock to maintain quality standards. 7.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures:
o Adhere to company standard operating procedures and directions when selling to retailers, including documentation, purchasing, pricing, and tracking inventory. 8.
Pass Monthly Audits:
o Ensure compliance with monthly audits for inventory and contingency funds. 9.
Monitor Competitive Performance:
o Track and report the movement of Good Times and competitors' products in assigned markets. o Provide ongoing updates on the performance of top-selling brands and new product releases by competitors. 10.
Maintain Company Equipment:
o Ensure all company-provided tools and equipment are kept in excellent condition.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Required:
At least 1 year of retail sales experience with tangible products. Ability to build strong relationships and adapt to diverse cultures. Sound commercial judgment, organizational skills, and self-motivation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Capable of bending, squatting, and climbing step ladders. Ability to operate a motor vehicle, entering and exiting frequently.
Job Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving history. Occasional overnight travel (up to 25%).
Academic Qualifications:
High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of consumer product sales experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary:
$50,000 + Retail Sale commission per sale +
Monthly Retail Goal Bonus Company-Provided Tools:
Vehicle, cell phone, credit card, and laptop for business use.

Training:
Comprehensive training begins with one week in Tampa, FL, followed by 2-3 weeks in assigned territories nationwide. Travel is required during this process.
Schedule:
8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
