Compensation:
Starting at $45,000+ per year (based on experience) + Performance Incentives Position Overview Ace Pay is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and customer-focused Relationship Manager to support and grow our expanding network of Agents, ISOs, Referral Partners, and Resellers. This role is responsible for onboarding new partners, providing ongoing training and support, managing partner relationships, and ensuring that agents and ISOs have the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to successfully sell Ace Pay's products and services. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, an excellent communicator, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple relationships simultaneously. Previous experience in the merchant services, payments, POS, or fintech industry is highly preferred. This is a demanding but rewarding role that requires someone who is proactive, responsive, and committed to helping partners succeed. Key Responsibilities Agent & ISO Onboarding Onboard new Agents, ISOs, Referral Partners, and Resellers. Guide partners through the onboarding process from start to finish. Assist with completion and collection of all required agreements, applications, and compliance documentation. Set up partner accounts, portals, login credentials, and operational access. Ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and promptly. Training & Education Conduct training sessions for Agents, ISOs, and Resellers.

Merchant Processing Solutions Ace Pay Programs POS Solutions Payment Gateway Solutions Donation & Fund Management Platform Additional Ace Pay products and services Create and deliver presentations, webinars, and training materials. Stay current on all products, services, pricing, and industry trends. Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Agents and ISOs. Maintain strong relationships through regular communication and follow-up. Conduct scheduled check-ins to monitor partner activity, opportunities, and challenges. Provide timely responses to partner inquiries and support requests. Resolve escalated issues and coordinate internally when needed. Ensure partners remain engaged and productive. Sales & Operational Support Assist partners with merchant applications and submissions. Review merchant paperwork for completeness and accuracy. Help coordinate underwriting, boarding, implementation, and go-live activities. Support partners with pricing, proposals, presentations, and sales opportunities. Assist partners in identifying new merchant opportunities and growth strategies. Partner Growth & Success Help partners leverage Ace Pay's lead generation tools and resources. Monitor partner performance and activity levels. Identify opportunities for increased production and account growth. Promote cross-selling of Ace Pay's products and solutions. Encourage adoption of new products and programs. Travel & Field Support Travel as needed for: Partner onboarding Training sessions Industry events Sales meetings Trade shows Partner relationship visits Represent Ace Pay professionally at all times. Qualifications Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously. Customer-service-oriented mindset. Self-motivated and detail-oriented. Ability to learn new products and technologies quickly. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms. Willingness to travel. Preferred Experience in Merchant Services, Payment Processing, POS Systems, FinTech, Banking, or SaaS industries. Previous experience managing Agents, ISOs, Dealers, Resellers, or Referral Partners. Knowledge of merchant processing terminology, underwriting, pricing structures, interchange, and payment technologies. Experience conducting training programs and presentations. Bilingual skills are a plus.
