Job Description

The Enrichery is seeking a dedicated, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented Director to lead our newest location in Sugar Land! This role requires a dynamic leader who excels in client satisfaction, business development, and location management.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations:
Ensure outstanding customer service, build strong client relationships, and provide individualized solutions for students.
Business Growth:
Drive sales, monitor performance, and implement initiatives to expand the location.
Operational Leadership:
Oversee student progress and support Academic Coaches in delivering exceptional educational experiences.
Community Engagement:
Establish and maintain partnerships with schools and organizations to enhance student opportunities.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and hold Academic Coaches accountable for student success.
Revenue & Program Development:
Monitor key performance metrics, grow enrollment in coaching and test preparation programs, and innovate new offerings.
College Admissions Support:
Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to fill College Admissions Workshops and advise students on admissions strategies.
CRM & Data Tracking:
Utilize Google Sheets, monday.com, and Zoho CRM to track leads, client interactions, and student progress.
Event Representation:
Represent The Enrichery at school and community events. What to
Expect:
Training & Onboarding:
Hands-on experience shadowing current Directors over a 2+ week period.
Strategic Involvement:
Weekly meetings to brainstorm initiatives and address challenges.
Professional Growth:
Monthly development opportunities and ongoing feedback.
Flexible Work Schedule:
Enjoy a four-day workweek with occasional evening/weekend commitments.
Bonus Incentives:
Quarterly bonuses for meeting revenue goals.
Qualifications:
Experience in Business Development & Community Outreach (preferred). Knowledge of Local Schools & College Admissions (a plus but not required).
Exceptional Communication Skills:
Strong phone and written communication; ability to resolve client concerns effectively.
Highly Organized & Results-Driven:
Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and adapt throughout the day. Bachelor's degree required.
Benefits:
Monthly professional development & team-building events. 80 hours of PTO + paid holidays (including ten days for winter break, three days for Thanksgiving, and two days for Spring Break). Medical, dental, and vision insurance + short-term disability. Four-day workweek. Quarterly performance bonuses.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 9:30 AM-5:30 PM (or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM) with occasional evening/weekend obligations. Fridays are flex days for additional work as needed. This is an in-office position.
