Review account notes regularly to identify customers ready for a check-in, turning warm leads into confident sales decisions. Coordinate account activations with support teams to ensure smooth starts, protecting the customer experience and preserving sales trust. Stay in touch with active accounts, reinforcing satisfaction and opening doors for future sales conversations.
