  • Control Account Manager (CAM) What You Will Be Doing The Control Account Manager manages all technical, cost, and schedule aspects of tasks associated with this control account, including risk management, capacity management, schedule negotiations, metrics generation, earned value, schedule and status reporting, and provides other related support as requested by program management.
You'll also be aggregating & presenting key program information & milestones to internal Lockheed Martin leadership and F-16 Program Office leadership. You will complete all earned value management (EVM) assigned duties to include work authorization requests, estimate at complete review, schedule status, variance reporting, and comprehensive estimates at complete. AeroSCM Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Business Administration
  • Supply Chain
  • Project Management
  • Managing budgets, working to deadlines
  • Control Account Manager (CAM) Certification or Training
  • Experience using SAP
  • Experience in
Microsoft Office Suite Desired Skills:
  • Team player with a positive attitude and proactive work ethic
  • Strong verbal and written Communication, administrative, planning & organizational, experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-tempo environment and be able to interact with multiple organizations and levels of management
  • Demonstrated experience to drive complex issues or problems to successful closure
  • Strong problem solving, root cause, corrective action, and closure skills

Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
