Wasatch Labs Overview The Account Representative serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role focuses on growing existing accounts, resolving customer needs, and collaborating internally to deliver value-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities  Work closely with the Sales Account Executive to manage assigned customer accounts  Serve as the main liaison for assigned customer accounts  Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships  Coordinate with internal teams (accounting, operations) to meet customer expectations  Address customer concerns and escalating issues as needed  Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of account activity  Proactively communicate order status, changes, or potential delays  Prepare and deliver monthly reports, including inventory status and purchase order (PO) reports  Assist customers during on-site visits to support operations and strengthen relationships  Support new business development and lead effective onboarding of new clients  Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions and resolve customer needs  Provide sales-related administrative support to executive leadership as needed Qualifications  Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles  Strong communication and relationship-building skills  Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively  Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills  Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities  Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.  High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information  Spanish language skills are a plus  Collaboration and teamwork  Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
