Job Description
A large property management company in Provo, UT is seeking a Rent Collection and Tenant Account Specialist. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong customer service skills. While experience is a plus, we're willing to train someone who is hard-working and willing to learn. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: handling bank deposits, depositing all receivables, calling and emailing residents for past due rent, posting 3-day notices, completing deposit accounting for residents at the end of contracts, and reviewing and helping tenants/owners with ledgers and online account questions. This position requires at least 30 hours/week (a full-time schedule is also available). Our office hours are M-F 8:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. Health Insurance, 401K, etc available for full time positions.
