JOB SUMMARY
: Account Managers are responsible for managing all day-to-day contact with Sensapure customers. The Account Management Team helps to bridge the gap between Product Development and Operations and oversees obsolete inventory management within the company. While managing all aspects of the product's life cycle from the time an order is received to when the finished good leaves the door, all communication with the client is streamlined through the Account Manager.
MAIN JOB FUNTIONS
: First point of contact with clients. Manage and communicate all client requests. Entering sales orders. Publish open order reports to customers weekly. Publish shipment updates to customers daily. Order confirmations within 24 hours of receiving a purchase order. Fielding all flavor sample requests. Managing open R D projects for customers. Regular follow-up on all open items. Fielding regulatory document package requests. Respond to all clients within the same day. Build relationships of trust within internal department and clients. Understand the customer needs and work with internal departments to ensure those are met. Initiate RMAs (returns) for customers. Publishing quotes to customer. Maintain database of potential and current clients through CRM software. Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers in conjunction with Partnering Manager. Review production and operating reports to prevent operational delays. Other duties and functions may be assigned.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
WORK EXPERIENCE
1 year of experience and knowledge in either /or a combination of sales, project management, or manufacturing/production is also preferred.

Basic Mathematical Skills:
Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, decimals, and fractions. Able to compute ratios and percentages. Demonstrates self-management by consistently being at work and on time, taking responsibility for own actions, taking initiative, generating suggestions for improving work, meeting productivity standards, and monitoring own work to ensure quality.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position frequently works in an office environment and has exposure to the manufacturing floor.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Continuous use of hands, hearing/listening, talking. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending/stooping, and seldom lifting up to 50 lbs.
