We acquire, operate, and manage apartment communities across the United States and are building a world-class investor relations team to support our aggressive growth plans. If you're driven, relationship-focused, and excited by the opportunity to help investors deploy capital into real estate while earning significant income, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As an Investor Relations Manager, you'll be responsible for building relationships with accredited investors, educating prospects on our investment opportunities, and helping investors through the entire process from initial conversation to funding. Strong investor communication and capital-raising support are core responsibilities of successful investor relations professionals in real estate private equity. Responsibilities Conduct inbound and outbound investor conversations Build and manage a pipeline of prospective investors Educate investors on 1031 Exchanges, DST alternatives, and direct real estate investments Present investment opportunities and answer investor questions Guide investors through onboarding, subscription documents, and funding Maintain detailed CRM records and follow-up activities Build long-term relationships with investors and referral partners Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and investor meetings Collaborate with leadership on fundraising strategy and investor communications
Pay:
$57,437.30 - $64,000.00 per year
