Entry-Level Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Account Manager to join our growing retail sales team. This is an in-person, client-facing role focused on building relationships with customers, presenting solutions, and driving new customer acquisitions. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are competitive, goal-oriented, and looking to grow in a performance-driven sales environment. What You'll Do Prospect and generate new customer leads Meet face-to-face with customers Present products and services tailored to client needs Negotiate agreements and close new accounts Build and maintain long-term client relationships Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals

Compensation:

Average earnings for representatives are around $1,200 per week, with higher earning potential based on individual performance. Earnings are not capped and are directly tied to sales results. Position is a W-2 Face-to-face in a retail store Hourly VS Commissions, whichever is higher.
