Account Creation Specialist

Alarm Service Group Security is looking for a motivated individual to join our Account Creation team. The Account Creation Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring that the company's procedures are met. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and will be detail-oriented. This position is responsible for creating and notating accounts, and answering calls with new customers in order for them to understand their agreements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Creating and notating accounts Set up profiles for customers and ensure all documentation has been received. Setting Appointments Schedule for technicians to arrive on time that works best for the customer. Assist with customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling services, etc. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience of (2) two to (5) years with a stable work history; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills; must be able to communicate well with customers and other team members. Must be personable and well organized with good written and verbal communication skills. Professionalism is required at all times.
• Must have excellent time management skills; must be able to work independently with little supervision at times when necessary. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Must possess strong organizational skills with the ability to perform various duties within the company's inventory.
