to make every interaction with our clients a seamless and exceptional experience. What you'll do: Be the friendly face and trusted advocate for our clients, both internally and externally. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Excel in project management, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and efficiency. Master the art of calendar keeping schedules organized and meetings running smoothly. Take detailed meeting notes and provide comprehensive recaps to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Lead weekly client touch base meetings, fostering strong relationships and addressing any concerns promptly. Inbox management expertly answering any questions/concerns while tracking trends, critical feedback, special requests and order updates. Create valuable tools and resources to support your role and contribute to the growth of our department. Demonstrate extreme attention to detail in all aspects of your work. Showcase your leadership skills by collaborating with other departments on client oriented solutions. Submit shipping carrier claims, technical support cases and actively engage in client follow up. Help fulfill special requests sent in by clients What you bring: A positive attitude and a genuine love for connecting with people. You're the first person people see in the office, and the first person our clients reach out to. We want every connection to be a great connection. Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail. This isn't your first rodeo. You know what it takes to become an expert in your field and you've proven success in your ability to scope out a task and execute. Experience in calendar management, meeting notes, and recaps. A passion for advocating for clients and delivering exceptional service. If our clients are speaking, we're listening. You not only solve their immediate concern, but actively work to ensure the right measures are in place for long term resolutions. A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team-oriented environment. You've developed the ability to check your ego at the door and are able to receive and offer tangible feedback. The ability to turn complex tasks into simple, streamlined processes. You have a knack for interdepartmental collaboration ensuring SOP's bring value and ease to the team. A desire to continually learn and grow, both personally and professionally. You love asking questions and learning about the 'why' behind the 'how'. Leadership qualities that inspire and empower those around you. You've mastered the art of anticipating the clients needs, and are able to provide necessary information without them having to repeatedly ask for it. We strive for one contact resolution.
