Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and proactive HVAC Service Coordinator & Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and our service technicians, ensuring seamless communication, scheduling, and delivery of HVAC maintenance and repair services. Your expertise in business development and account management will drive customer satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and contribute to the growth of our service portfolio. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine technical knowledge with sales acumen in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and innovation. Duties Coordinate HVAC service appointments, ensuring timely scheduling that meets client needs and technician availability Manage existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and identifying opportunities for additional services or upgrades Lead business development efforts through warm calling, outreach campaigns, and networking to expand our client base in B2B markets Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines effectively Negotiate service contracts, pricing terms, and project scopes with clients to maximize revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that promote our HVAC solutions and technical services Analyze client data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and service enhancements Demonstrate leadership by guiding clients through complex technical solutions and fostering trust through clear communication skills Qualifications Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, or account management within the HVAC or related technical fields Strong business development skills with a track record of expanding client portfolios through strategic outreach and relationship building Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales activities and customer data Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences Analytical mindset capable of assessing market trends, client needs, and sales performance metrics Experience in marketing strategies related to technology sales or HVAC services is a plus Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders effectively Warm calling experience to establish initial contact and nurture ongoing client relationships Join us in delivering innovative HVAC solutions while building meaningful client partnerships! Pay:
$41,600.00 - $120,000.00 per year
