What We Offer Weekly Pay Your hard work is rewarded quickly Competitive Benefits Health, dental, vision, and more Flexible Schedules Because work-life balance matters 401(k) Program Invest in your future Easy Online Application Process Get started in minutes Paid Training & Operational Support Account Manager Responsibilities Ensure all security officers are trained on mobile applications for timekeeping and attendance recording in the field Maintain overtime standards through effective scheduling and recruitment support strategies Maintain adequate staffing levels across assigned locations Review client assignment requests and ensure officers meet both company and client standards prior to assignment Enforce attendance standards through corrective action for tardiness, excessive call-outs, and no call/no show incidents Proactively monitor and adjust stand-by programs for holidays, weather conditions, and staffing trends Support Recruiters with interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, and deployment of new hires Identify top-performing officers for advancement opportunities Communicate pay rate changes accurately to Payroll and Human Resources Respond promptly to payroll discrepancies submitted by officers Utilize Guard Tour applications for field visit documentation Respond urgently and professionally to client concerns Conduct site visits, document opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective action when necessary Ensure compliance with post orders, uniforms, retraining requirements, and licensing standards Qualifications & Requirements Strong oral and written communication skills Outgoing personality with strong organizational, leadership, and customer service abilities Experience in recruiting functions and client relations preferred Minimum of two years of management experience required High energy, strong focus, and a team-oriented mindset Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Why Metro One?
