YOUR JOB
As Director of a foster care agency, you will lead with a commitment to ensuring every child s safety and well-being while upholding the highest standards of care. You will oversee and develop a high-performing team of professionals who support, train, and equip skilled and compassionate resource families to meet the unique needs of children in care. Through strong leadership and collaboration, you will ensure your team is empowered to deliver exceptional service, foster lasting relationships, and promote stability for children and youth. Working closely with a multidisciplinary network, you will drive the implementation of innovative, evidence-based treatment services that promote healing, resilience, and long-term success. Salary-$65,000-$70,000/Annually

WHAT YOU BRING
(Basic qualifications)
- Education Bachelor s in Social Work
- Candidates must possess a valid driver s license, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field. Five years of experience in providing casework services to children and their families. One year as a supervisor of casework services. OR
Master's degree in Social Work or related field. Three years of experience in providing casework services to children and their families. One year as a supervisor of casework services.
OR
Doctorate or Master's degree in social work from an accredited college/university by the Council on Social Work Education. 3 years of experience in providing caseowrk services to children and their families and 1 year as an administrator or supervisor of casework services. Doctorate or Master's degree in a field related to Social Work with 4 years casework service experience with children and families, two of which must be providing casework services to children and families in a child-placing agency. One year as an administrator or supervisor of casework services.
