Key Responsibilities Manage incoming and outbound calls with warmth, accuracy, and exceptional client service Conduct new client intakes for designated case types, helping ensure a seamless and supportive experience Collect, verify, and document client information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Perform data entry and maintain organized, accurate records Communicate effectively with current and potential clients, referrals, walk-ins, and team members Assist with front-end client support and help ensure timely follow-up throughout the intake process Balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Follow firm procedures and maintain confidentiality in all interactions Qualifications You must consider exceeding client expectations a priority. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate potentially detailed and complex information to others. Ability to work independently and with a team.
