Job Description:
The Outside Commercial Tire Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share by developing new business and strengthening existing customer relationships. This role requires a highly motivated, results-driven professional who can effectively prospect, uncover customer needs, and deliver value-based solutions that support long-term client success and company profitability.
Pay Range:
100% Commission with annual high earning potential of $80,000 - $110,000 or greater. Earning potential is unlimited! Incentives tied to sales growth, profitability, and account development.

Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through consistent face-to-face contact Grow and retain existing accounts by building strong relationships Create and implement a strategic sales plan for territory growth Meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals Sell value over price Drive measurable growth within assigned territory and accounts Conduct fleet evaluations, cost analysis, and present solutions Deliver tires to customers as needed Document all activity within Customer Relations Management Systems (CRM) Ensure timely resolution of service issues and adjustments with customers Work closely with the Credit Department to resolve delinquent account issues as needed and support charge account requests by submitting customer documentation and responding to information requests Maintain company vehicle and assist with operational needs when required
Desired Qualifications:
Personal Work Ethic, Strong communication skills, Responsive to all communication Neat and professional appearance Excellent follow-through and accountability Strong time management and organizational skills Punctual and reliable Experience with tire sales is preferred and/or knowledge of various tire brands, types, and sizes
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license required with acceptable driving record 2+ years of sales experience (outside or inside preferred) Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience using Customer Relations Management systems Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting between 75 -100 pounds Acceptable pre-employment drug screening and background check
