In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind cultivating strong relationships with our business clients, expanding our market reach, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Duties Develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients within the B2B (business-to-business) sector with little to no help. Lead engaging various campaigns to connect with prospective clients, establishing rapport and uncovering their needs. Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and tailored solutions independently without the help of a team. This would include cold calling to various different customers and groups. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Utilize CRM tools like Service Titan to track sales activities, analyze client data, and forecast future opportunities. Assist with business development initiatives by identifying emerging market trends and potential areas for expansion. Requirements Proven experience in account management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to pass a background check, drug test and have a great driving record. Experience in customer service. Develop and maintain positive client relationships. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively articulate solutions and influence decision-makers. Maintain a high level of professionalism including adhering to a specific dress code and visible clean cut appearance. Ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics to inform strategic decisions. Experience using Service titan or similar CRM platforms for managing client interactions and sales pipelines. Knowledge of marketing strategies that support business growth and customer engagement. Ability to conduct various types of cold calling, warm calling, etc. with enthusiasm, persistence, and professionalism.
