- 4:30pm As the Account Manager, you will be the critical link between GXO and its customers and carriers. We'll count on your positive attitude and professionalism to foster a strong and successful client relationship. Pay, benefits and more. The annual salary range for this role is $67,337
- $101,006/Year.

What you'll do on a typical day:- Handle relationships with domestic and international customers
- Receive and track customer issues and complaints; resolve issues and communicate results and findings where appropriate
- Research and answer questions; resolve issues that come from any of the internal or external cross-functional teams
- Escalate issues in a timely manner to both executive leadership and customers when encountering roadblocks
- Audit QMS documents
- Participate in managing quality systems and continuously improving processes within the facility
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and presentations What you need to succeed at
GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of experience as a commodity buyer
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- To meet government and federal law program requirements which requires U.S. citizen status It'd be great if you also have:
- Availability to travel
