  • Friday, 8:00am
  • 4:30pm As the Account Manager, you will be the critical link between GXO and its customers and carriers. We'll count on your positive attitude and professionalism to foster a strong and successful client relationship. Pay, benefits and more. The annual salary range for this role is $67,337
  • $101,006/Year.

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Handle relationships with domestic and international customers
  • Receive and track customer issues and complaints; resolve issues and communicate results and findings where appropriate
  • Research and answer questions; resolve issues that come from any of the internal or external cross-functional teams
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner to both executive leadership and customers when encountering roadblocks
  • Audit QMS documents
  • Participate in managing quality systems and continuously improving processes within the facility
  • Contribute to quarterly business reviews and presentations What you need to succeed at
GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of experience as a commodity buyer
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • To meet government and federal law program requirements which requires U.S. citizen status It'd be great if you also have:
  • Availability to travel
