We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our high-performing, customer-service-oriented E-mail Communication Team. Preferred Fields of Experience Customer Service Sales Hospitality Industry Administrative Support Collections or Financial Services Written Customer Support General Duties Communicate with consumers and their authorized representatives exclusively through email correspondence Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements on consumer accounts Review account information and respond to inquiries professionally and accurately Draft clear, professional, and compliant email communications Accurately document all account activity and negotiations within the firm's database Follow all applicable company policies, client requirements, and state and federal regulations (including FDCPA, Reg F, and other applicable laws) Manage a high-volume email queue while meeting quality and productivity expectations Maintain professionalism, empathy, and respect in all consumer interactions Compensation, Benefits & Other Base pay starts at $20/hour plus a monthly bonus based on achieving reasonable goals Performance reviews at 90-days and annually thereafter Medical and dental coverage available after 60 days of employment Paid time off and holiday pay begin after 90 days 401(k) with 6% company match after one year Complimentary basic life insurance after one year Subsidized gym membership available 1st day of employment Free parking Schedule Full-time Consistent, set schedule Monday through Friday Standard office hours No Experience or Education Required We provide comprehensive, paid on-the-job training to the right candidate.
