Job Description

High Crest Management Group is a sales and development firm, and we're seeking an AT&T Representative. Our mission is to provide our customers with the unmatched speed and reliability of Quantum Fiber. The AT&T Representative plays a key role in connecting our customers with next‑generation fiber‑optic internet. As an AT&T Representative, you'll receive thorough sales training to navigate the world of Quantum Fiber solutions. The AT&T Representative helps customers find their match as they manage account details through sales engagement. This account role is where your sales navigation and account precision guide customers to the best connectivity. Responsibilities of the AT&T Representative Introduce Quantum Fiber internet services to customers through sales outreach and establish new customer accounts. Convey service advantages in straightforward terms that help customers understand everyday connectivity benefits. Initiate account relationships by encouraging interest and guiding customers toward service selection. Pinpoint sales opportunities to enhance existing plans with faster or more suitable internet options. Nurture customer confidence through consistent, approachable conversations. Maintain sales productivity by contributing to ongoing customer acquisition initiatives. Qualifications of the AT&T Representative A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Passionate about sales or account management is a plus; no prior experience needed. Strong listening skills to understand connectivity needs. Adaptability in fast-moving, sales-focused environments. A goal-oriented attitude with a focus on meeting or exceeding daily sales targets.
Pay:
$950.00 - $1,400.00 per week
