2+ years of Property & Casualty Insurance experience About the Role We're growing and looking for a dependable, people-focused Property & Casualty Insurance professional to join our in-office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, thrives in an organized environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You'll be a key support partner to our clients and internal team, with opportunities to grow as the agency grows. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service Assist clients with billing questions, cancellations, and day-to-day account needs Support bond processing and related administrative tasks Help with agency projects and special initiatives as needed Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with clients and carriers Process basic certificates and gather carrier notifications Answer incoming calls with a friendly, helpful attitude Greet visitors and maintain a clean, welcoming reception area Handle mail distribution and general office tasks Scan, file, and manage documents, including monitoring the agency's main email inbox Responsibilities may evolve—flexibility and a team-first mindset are key.
