Position Overview:
As part of the talented Navico Group Sales team, you will significantly contribute to year-over-year sales growth and operational improvement through growing existing business, finding new business and representing Navico Group within their assigned territory. Essential Functions:
Manage and grow regional accounts across RV, specialty vehicle, OEM, dealer, fleet, and upfitter channels, building long‑term, value‑driven customer relationships. Achieve or exceed regional sales and profitability targets while supporting sustainable growth across assigned markets. Identify and close new business opportunities, including new dealers, specialty applications, fleet programs, and emerging vehicle platforms. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, engineering, finance, and operations to support complex sales cycles and customer‑specific programs. Develop account plans, annual sales targets, and accurate forecasts aligned with production schedules and market demand. Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues, driving timely resolution and protecting commercial relationships. Create and execute territory strategies that ensure effective coverage and growth within RV and specialty vehicle segments. Partner with supply chain and operations teams to align sales commitments with inventory, capacity, and lead‑time requirements. Provide customer and market insights to support product development, pricing strategies, and new market initiatives. Deliver product, application, and brand training to OEM, dealer, and specialty partners as needed. Monitor competitive activity and industry trends, providing actionable market intelligence. Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of sales experience within the RV, specialty vehicle, automotive, or related OEM environments. Experience selling technical, engineered, or configurable products with longer sales cycles. Proven success managing a sales territory, including account planning, pipeline development, and opportunity management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable customer and market insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills across diverse customer stakeholders. Working knowledge of financial concepts, including pricing, margins, and basic financial statements. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day‑to‑day execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced sales environment. Experience managing distribution channels, dealer networks, or indirect sales models. Sales or sales‑management experience in RV, marine, fishing, automotive, or related specialty markets. Proven track record of driving sales growth through existing customer relationships and channel partners. Strong critical‑thinking and creative problem‑solving skills to address complex customer and market challenges. Flexibility and adaptability to respond effectively to changing market conditions and customer needs.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $86,500.00 - $129,300.00 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a annual sales bonus, car allowance, and cell phone allowance. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
