Requirements:

Must have 2+ years customer service experience Manufacturing industry experience required Knowledge of Word and Excel required, any ERP system knowledge is a plus Excellent customer service and relationship building skills Think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table Self motivated, hard working, reliable Able to prioritize, multi-task and work well with deadlines

Responsibilities:

Own and manage all day-to-day requests from entire customer base including purchase orders, shipments, complaints, document/info requests, etc. Build relationships with customers Advocate for customer needs, problem-solve or escalate any issues that may arise Maintain accurate customer records in the ERP system Work with accounts receivable to assist in collection of past due invoices Engage with customers on other topics such as demand, forecasts, new opportunities, overall satisfaction with the company and provide knowledge on additional products For large customers, support account managers and be an active part of the account team For smaller customers, proactively reach out on a regularly established cadence to inquire about demand, forecasts, new opportunities, overall satisfaction and collaborate with account manager on information gathered Assist with process improvements
