- Those meeting these requirements are encouraged to apply: Customer Service experience (SAP knowledge a plus) Supply Chain experience a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong organizational skills Solid analytical ability Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Effective management of time and ability to multi-task Able to work independently and collaboratively Displays initiative and flexibility to adapt to change Willingness and ability to work overtime as required
Position Responsibilities:
Manage and reply to all client inquiries within 2 hours Sales order entry and follow-up through logistics Prepare, maintain, and modify status reports, schedules, and plans as required Prepare project reports for management and clients Assist Account Manager with technical advice and problem resolution Correspond with customers to ensure all requirements are met Create and maintain customer-required reports Prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews as needed Monitor processes related to customer-specific requirements Ensure SLAs for all projects are met Provide comprehensive customer support Maintain client confidentiality Provide backup support for Account Manager and team members as needed Must be able to work independently and as a team
Other Required Skills:
Analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records High School Diploma required Experience with Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, SAP, and Outlook preferred Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
