COMMERCIAL CLEANING ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR
WI and the
UP LOCATIONS ACCOUNT LOCATIONS

Iron Mountain, Marquette, Negaunee, Houghton We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to lead teams of Cleaning/Floor Care Specialists in various
WI AND UP
cities. The ideal candidate must be reliable, customer oriented and have an eye for detail. Our company is growing and rapidly expanding which provides excellent opportunities for growth and advancement.
FULL TIME SCHEDULE WILL INCLUDE WEEKENDS JOB DESCRIPTION
: The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing janitorial cleaning crews in multiple commercial buildings and assisting with new building start-ups. Company vehicle, fuel card, phone and laptop will be provided. Access to PTO and Health Benefits Job will consist of but not limited to: Manage retail cleaning and projects across the UP and WI Hire and train staff Hire and train subcontractors Maintain cleaning equipment Must have ability to pull and back up small trailer Interact and establish a relationship with customers Manage payroll/budgets Manage requests and project work via an online app Background check required. Our company participates in E-verify. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
