Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, entry-level Frontier Account Representative to join our team and contribute to the continued expansion of our sales operations. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, are eager to build leadership abilities, and thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment. As a Frontier Account Representative, you will work closely with experienced leaders while gaining hands-on experience in managing sales activities, supporting team success, and building strong customer relationships. The Frontier Account Representative position blends direct sales experience with professional development in leadership. Candidates with backgrounds in customer-facing roles or experience as a Sales Team Leader often find this opportunity to be a strong next step. As a Frontier Account Representative, you will learn how to conduct in-person sales conversations, assist in guiding team members, and help ensure sales objectives are consistently achieved.
Frontier Account Representative Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day team coordination while building foundational leadership skills Engage directly with customers to present products or services and support purchasing decisions Track sales progress and help keep the team aligned with individual and group performance goals Work in person alongside experienced leaders to learn proven management and sales strategies Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions as part of ongoing development Maintain positive, professional relationships with customers throughout the sales process Support onboarding and development of new team members by reinforcing best practices
Frontier Account Representative Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior Frontier Account Representative experience is a plus Ability to work well in a team while also taking initiative when needed Organized, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities Positive, coachable attitude with a willingness to learn sales and leadership skills Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or as a Sales Team Leader is a plus, but not required Professional, reliable, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment Interest in technology and telecommunications is beneficial
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
