Technical Services Account Manager

Clean Harbors in Wheeling, WV is hiring a Technical Services Account Manager to drive new waste management business while growing existing accounts. This role focuses on lead generation, customer acquisition, and expanding services across hazardous waste, environmental solutions, and compliance. Partnering with internal teams, the manager helps clients improve safety, reduce risk, and ensure proper waste management. Why work for Clean Harbors? Salary Range:

$80, 000 - $90,000 annually + commission structure. Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment. Group 401K with company matching component. Identify, engage, and coach key environmental, operations, and compliance stakeholders to build internal consensus. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive profitable growth across multi‑site waste‑management accounts. Strengthen customer relationships through contract oversight, service delivery follow‑up, and continuous improvement. Propose, negotiate, and close profitable environmental services contracts with senior operations and EHS leaders. Analyze waste streams, regulatory needs, and account profitability to ensure proper service, pricing, and margin growth. Prospect and develop new Technical Services accounts using structured target analysis and waste‑stream evaluation.
