In-House Marketing Representative

Job Overview:

Seeking an individual with knowledge of social media, website, advertising and brand consistency. It's important for all of our team members to support each other positively and promote a healthy workplace.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintaining the well being of all team members is the highest priority.
• Create a sales and marketing strategy, present it to the owners withing 6 months of hire date, then be prepared to implement it
• Assist the owners with advertising and tracking advertising effectiveness.
• Make sure in store advertising is appropriate, including door, counter, sale signs, etc.
• Interact with non-customer inquiries, such as fundraising or donation solicitations.
• Create and send the monthly newsletter, emailed and posted to social media.
• Review website and make changes when required.
• Review and post to social media on a regular schedule
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
• Talk with aligned businesses about services we offer and possible cooperative marketing
• Community involvement and representation of the store - man booths at events, possible public speaking opportunities, etc.

Qualifications:

• Over 21 years old
• A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including some Saturdays and Sundays if needed for events.
• Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures.
• Punctual and reliable with your own reliable transportation.
• Discreet with all customer and store information.
• Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement.
• Honest and Trustworthy.
• Professional, tidy appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Health conscious and willing to learn more.

Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
