This role is designed for a proven consultative sales professional—someone who has already built success in high-trust, discretionary sales and knows how to guide clients toward meaningful decisions with confidence and grace. What This Role Offers $60,000 - $90,000K+ earning potential working just 2-3 days per week Warm, pre-qualified appointments only — no prospecting or cold calling A refined, proven luxury sales process Predictable schedule with strong work-life balance Paid training and ongoing coaching Opportunity to sell artwork that matters — not commodities A values-driven team centered around excellence, beauty, and legacy What You'll Do Lead in-studio Portrait Reveal Consultations for custom fine art portrait commissions Build trust quickly and help clients make emotionally meaningful investment decisions Present premium artwork with confidence and elegance Consistently close same-day sales Represent a luxury brand with warmth, polish, and discretion Participate in coaching and weekly performance development Who We're Looking For We will only consider candidates who meet all of the following: 5+ years of in-person consultative sales experience Documented success meeting or exceeding goals Comfortable following a proven sales process while bringing authenticity and emotional intelligence Available Saturdays plus 1-2 additional in-studio days per week Compensation Commission Pay $90K+ earning potential Paid training and development Performance-based incentives About Morie Fine Art Portraits For over 20 years, Morie Fine Art Portraits has created heirloom artwork for families across the South.
