Job Description

Lampwork Software, LLC operates fast-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands, and is based in Uptown Fayetteville. We sell globally through Shopify and other online marketplaces, and we're looking for a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to help keep the business running smoothly while supporting our marketing efforts. This is a salaried, full-time position with real responsibility from day one. You'll work directly alongside leadership in a small, high-output team where your work has a visible impact on the business every single day.
THE ROLE
This position sits at the center of our daily operations and marketing execution. You'll be the person who makes sure things go out correctly, on time, and looking right. The work spans order fulfillment coordination, product data management, marketing support, and customer communication. Day to day, you'll be responsible for: Coordinating order fulfillment and ensuring accuracy across every shipment Managing product data, inventory records, and listing updates in Shopify Supporting marketing campaigns — email, SMS, product launches, and promotions Handling customer inquiries and resolving order issues professionally Proofing and QA'ing marketing materials, product pages, and customer-facing content Maintaining clean, organized records and operational documentation Assisting with creative coordination, social media scheduling, and brand asset management Your work will be reviewed by our operations lead. There's structure and support here, but we need someone who takes ownership of their tasks and catches details before they become problems.
WHO YOU ARE
Detail-obsessed. You catch things other people miss. This is the single most important trait for this role. Reliable. You show up consistently, meet deadlines, and follow through on what you say you'll do. A clear communicator. You write professional emails, keep people in the loop, and ask questions when something isn't clear. Organized. You can manage multiple tasks without letting things slip through the cracks. Positive and collaborative. We're a small team and culture fit matters. We work hard, help each other, and keep egos out of it. Willing to learn. You don't need to know every tool on day one, but you pick things up quickly and aren't afraid to figure things out. No specific degree required. What matters is your work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly.
Nice to have:
experience with Shopify, email marketing (Klaviyo or similar), customer service, e-commerce, or basic design tools (Canva, Figma).
GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
This role starts as the operational backbone of the business, but it doesn't stay there. We're a small company that promotes from within and gives more responsibility to people who earn it. If you're someone who wants to grow into a bigger role — whether that's deeper into marketing, operations management, or something else entirely — this is the kind of environment where that happens. Lampwork Software is an equal opportunity employer. We evaluate all candidates based on their skills, experience, and demonstrated ability, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
