Marketing & Community Outreach Representative Umbrella Plumbing - Chandler, AZ Overview Umbrella Plumbing is growing and looking for a friendly, outgoing person who enjoys meeting people and building relationships in the community. This role focuses on helping the company connect with property managers, businesses, and new customers while promoting our services locally. You do not need formal marketing experience. We are looking for someone with strong people skills, confidence speaking with others, and motivation to help the company grow. We will provide training and support to help you succeed. What You'll Do Visit apartment communities, businesses, and properties to introduce our services and build relationships Meet property managers and maintenance teams to help generate new service opportunities Make follow-up calls and introductions to potential clients Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and industry networking events Participate in trade show events and help engage with attendees and potential clients Help promote the company in the community through outreach and relationship building Assist with simple marketing activities such as social media posts, emails, and basic content Track contacts and opportunities using simple systems and tools What Makes This Job Great Monday-Friday schedule (no nights or weekends) Company provided vehicle for work travel Opportunity to build strong connections in the community Training provided — marketing experience not required Work with a growing company where your efforts directly help expand the business Variety in your day — mix of office work, calls, and meeting people in person What We're Looking For Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with new people Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and organized Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally during the workday Basic computer skills (email, simple systems, etc.) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Marketing, sales, customer service, or networking experience is helpful but not required.
