Our boutique financial planning firm, Accrue Wealth Designs , located in downtown Gilbert, AZ is looking for a strong, detail-oriented and confident person to join our Crew. This position focuses on booking educational workshops and seminars while working with the advisors and their team to welcome new clients and foster strong relationships through client appreciation experiences. Ideal candidates have a customer service or hospitality and event background and thrive in a role where organization, creativity, communication and client care are key.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience, Proficiency and Skills HS Diploma with Bachelor's degree preferred but not required At least 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, event planning, marketing or related field Intermediate to Advanced skills with MS Office Suite (Excel proficiency a plus) Familiarity with CRM systems (SalesForce) or client management tools preferred Experience with mass email platforms to nurture leads and for client communication Comfortable using scheduling and communication tools (Microsoft 360, Outlook, Calendly) Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with client and crew members Strong relationship-building abilities and a client-first mindset A high level of professionalism, attention to detail and organizational skills Key responsibilities: Event Planning Schedule and coordinate educational events for each month. These events include educational workshops and movie screenings Plan and manage client appreciation and referral events quarterly. This including budgeting with the Marketing Direction, booking, scheduling and coordinating with vendors Create memorable experiences and branded items that enhance client loyalty Administrative and Marketing Assist advisors and the crew as needed to schedule appointments and communicate client requests, needs and concerns Track and report expenses to budget and ensure efficient use of resources Utilize email platforms (Snappy Kraken, Bomb Bomb, Salesforce) to execute lead, prospect and client communication campaigns Assist with creation of social media posts (Facebook, Instagram) Use tools like Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data related to events, budgets, referrals and client and prospect outreach Assist the Director of First Impressions on maintaining an accurate and detailed calendar of events Client gifts / Event gifts Coordinate with the advisors and their team to create Welcome Gifts to be given to newly signed clients Manage the selection of gifts to choose from as well as tracking of gifts given (some events to track and have ideas for are Sympathy, Retirement, Get Well and other Life Events) Work with Marketing Director in developing creative gifts to invite or thank attendees for upcoming to client events Client Relationship Proactively ask for client and prospect referrals while maintaining professional relationships Send gift card to clients that provide a referral Assist Director of First Impressions with communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded via email campaigns and handwritten notes Greet clients and prospects as a backup if Director of First Impressions is out of the office
We Offer:
Standard working hours: Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 1 pm (if no afternoon appointments are set) Benefits begin after 90 days Comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision insurance for employee with option to buy in for dependents 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and sick/personal days
Salary:
