You'll support the marketing team in coordinating client deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring clear communication across departments. This is a fast-paced, high-growth role perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about marketing. Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Support Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients. Schedule meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items. Ensure client requests are heard, documented, and executed in a timely manner. Project & Campaign Coordination Manage project timelines using Trello, Asana, or similar platforms. Coordinate with content creators, designers, editors, and ad specialists. Track progress and flag any delays or issues early. Marketing Execution Support Assist in content scheduling for social media, emails, and blogs. Collect and organize creative assets, copy, and approvals. Support paid ads, SEO updates, and reporting when needed. Reporting & Organization Prepare and send out campaign reports using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Keep client folders, trackers, and documents updated and organized. Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring internal processes are followed. What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, agency, or client-service role. (Spanish/English) Communication is a strong plus to support a diverse client base and ensure clarity across all touchpoints. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with tools like Trello, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, and Canva.
