AZ Party Rockers is looking for energetic, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our Production Crew team. No experience in event production? No problem. We're intentionally creating an entry level pathway into the live events industry through paid training, hands on experience, and clear opportunities for growth. If you're interested in audio, lighting, video, staging, DJ/MC, or simply want to be part of creating unforgettable experiences, we'll help you build the skills to get there. Our team supports weddings, corporate events, school dances, festivals, social events, and large scale productions across Arizona and occasionally other states. What You'll Do As a Production Crew Member Load and unload trucks and trailers Set up and strike audio, lighting, video, and staging equipment Run cables and organize equipment Assist DJ/MCs, project leads and technical crews Support special effects and event enhancements Work alongside experienced professionals at live events Learn new skills across multiple production areas Help create memorable event experiences No two events are the same, and that's part of the fun.
