Overview The Marketing Coordinator & Seminar Lead supports the execution, organization, and continuous improvement of Fullerton Financial Planning's seminar engine, branded materials process, and marketing led event support. This role helps ensure seminars are prepared, documented, followed up, and reported on with consistency and accuracy. The role is responsible for maintaining clean seminar and event data, supporting lead handoff discipline, coordinating confirmation communications, managing branded materials and ordering processes, and helping improve seminar outcomes tied to first appointments and client experience.
