Marketing & Operations Coordinator 8864 East Pinnacle Peak Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85255 From $58,240 a year - Full-time From $58,240 a year - Full-time About Us Premier Sims designs and installs luxury custom golf simulators, mixed-media rooms, and high-end entertainment spaces for residential and commercial clients throughout Arizona and beyond. We work with homeowners, builders, architects, interior designers, and developers to create fully customized experiences that blend golf, technology, and luxury design. We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing & Operations Coordinator to help support our growing brand and day-to-day operations. Position Overview This is an in-house, full-time W2 position based in Scottsdale, Arizona. We are not looking for a marketing agency, remote-only freelancer, or outsourced social media management company. We are seeking someone who will become an integral part of the Premier Sims team — someone who can actively participate in day-to-day operations, help create content onsite, assist with scheduling and coordination, and contribute to the overall growth and organization of the company. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing both marketing and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced luxury environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You will assist with marketing initiatives, social media management, client communication, scheduling, showroom coordination, and operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, creative, highly organized, and passionate about delivering a premium client experience. A love for golf, technology, sports entertainment, and social media marketing is a major plus. A Day in the Life No two days are exactly the same at Premier Sims. One morning may involve coordinating a luxury golf simulator installation with builders and clients, while the afternoon could include filming behind-the-scenes content for social media, launching a Facebook ad campaign, or preparing for a showroom event.
Typical responsibilities may include:
Managing and scheduling social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms Creating and managing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns Capturing and editing photo/video content of projects, showroom demonstrations, and installations Assisting with lead follow-up, customer communication, and appointment scheduling Coordinating calendars, meetings, consultations, and showroom visits Supporting marketing campaigns, events, and builder/designer outreach initiatives Maintaining organization within CRM systems, project notes, and operational workflows Assisting ownership and project managers with administrative and operational tasks Helping ensure projects, schedules, and client communication stay organized and on track Creating a polished and professional customer experience both online and in-person Working closely with the team while also being able to take initiative and work independently Qualifications & RequirementsRequired Qualifications Experience managing business social media accounts Experience creating and managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns Proficiency with Canva and basic content editing tools Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and modern social media trends Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain tight schedules and multitask effectively Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Reliable transportation and clean driving record Comfortable visiting job sites, showroom appointments, and events when needed Additional Requirements Must provide professional references Must provide examples of previous social media campaigns, content creation, or business accounts managed Portfolio or examples of graphic design/content creation work preferred Experience within luxury brands, interior design, construction, golf, AV, real estate, hospitality, or smart home industries is a plus Passion for golf, sports entertainment, luxury homes, or technology preferred Employment Details Full-Time W2 Position In-Person Role Based in Scottsdale, AZ Competitive Hourly Compensation Based on Experience Growth Opportunities Within a Rapidly Growing Luxury Brand Opportunity to work on some of Arizona's most unique luxury entertainment spaces Why Join Premier Sims?
