This position will provide administrative support to the company in regard to all aspects of marketing and estimating. Candidate must have strong computer skills and be proficient in working with Microsoft Office Products, (Outlook/Word/Excel), with solid writing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Drafting Statement of Qualifications Drafting proposal packages Drafting & Revising Proposals Drafting Change Orders Maintain client data base Communicate with subcontractors and vendors with bid solicitation Distribution of addendums and collecting proposals prior to bid deadlines Enter jobs and update information in job management system Track current market share Conduct market share analysis quarterly Track potential upcoming project across multiple data bases

Qualifications:

Strong, demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Detail-oriented with strong communication skills Experience with Foundation Software a plus but not required Excellent time management & organizational skills Self-motivated, high energy and strong work ethic Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a timely manner Proven ability to learn and succeed in a fast paced, dynamic environment
