Known for exceptional beer, scratch-made food, and community-driven hospitality, we're looking for an organized, creative, and highly motivated teammate to coordinate our marketing programs, events, social media, and guest loyalty initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone equally comfortable creating content, managing projects, coordinating events, and making sure every campaign is executed consistently across locations. You'll work directly with our CEO and leadership team and play a key part in the continued growth of one of Arizona's leading brewery brands. What You'll Do Marketing & Brand
  • Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, seasonal programs, and beer releases across all locations
  • Coordinate marketing calendars and keep branding consistent across every channel and venue
  • Partner with external graphic design, PR, and creative partners
  • Support location teams with marketing materials, merchandise, and promotional needs Social Media & Content
  • Create and schedule content for our social media platforms
  • Capture photo and video content at our breweries and events
  • Maintain website content and support email and SMS marketing campaigns Events & Community
  • Coordinate Pedal Haus events: beer release parties, seasonal events, community activations, and special promotions
  • Manage event logistics, vendors, materials, and promotion
  • Represent Pedal Haus at beer festivals and community events
  • Support private event and group dining marketing Guest Loyalty
  • Help manage and grow our Pub Club membership program
  • Run guest loyalty and retention campaigns
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and guest feedback What We're Looking For
  • Experience in marketing, hospitality, events, or communications
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Comfort with social media and content creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
  • Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and events
  • A genuine passion for craft beer, hospitality, and great guest experiences Bonus Points
  • Brewery, restaurant, hospitality, or event marketing experience
  • Skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Email marketing and website management experience
