Job Description

Robert Half's client in Tempe, Arizona, is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator. This marketing position plays a central role in driving growth — connecting our expertise, client relationships, and market opportunities into a clear and differentiated presence. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a driver and partner in how we position, pursue, and win work.

You'll work closely with leadership, business development, and design teams — building a deep understanding of our sectors, clients, and capabilities to help shape how we communicate our value and show up in the market.

What You'll DoLead pursuit efforts from early positioning through proposal submission and interviewPartner with project teams to define positioning, messaging, and strategies that differentiate RSP in the marketTranslate complex design and technical concepts into clear, compelling narrativesManage multiple pursuits in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentContribute to pursuit strategy, go/no-go discussions, and market positioningSupport development of client-facing materials, presentations, and marketing contentBring forward insights on clients, competitors, industry trends, and sector dynamics that sharpen our go-to-market thinking
