Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Marketing and Sales Representative to drive growth and expand our security services portfolio. Responsibilities Conduct outside sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness in target markets. Manage existing accounts through proactive communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Present product demonstrations and technical sales pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our security solutions. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals. Lead territory management activities by planning sales routes, scheduling client meetings, and optimizing coverage to maximize outreach efforts. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the security or technology sectors. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee multiple accounts and territories effectively. Expertise in business development, lead generation, and inside/outside sales strategies. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer service-oriented approach to foster long-term partnerships. Ability to conduct product demos confidently while explaining technical features clearly to diverse audiences. Strong analysis skills for evaluating market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance metrics.
