Part-time, 2-4 shifts per week (seasonal, March-December) Waterfall Lodge & Retreat is a breathtaking event venue nestled in the Santa Cruz Mountains. We're looking for dependable, energetic people to join our Operations Team — the crew that makes weddings and retreats run smoothly from start to finish. This is hands-on work in a beautiful outdoor setting where no two days are alike. What You'll Do Welcome and check in guests, providing excellent hospitality Assist with set-up and breakdown of event spaces (tables, chairs, décor, etc.) Shuttle guests around the property (must be a responsible driver) Lend a hand with luggage and guest needs Keep the property looking its best and problem-solve on the fly Work closely with a small, supportive team to deliver seamless events What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or event operations Active driver's license with clean record Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or with a team Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and navigating steep hills Culturally competent and personable — able to make all guests feel welcome Able to navigate dynamic event days with good judgement, adaptability, and a calm, professional demeanor.
