We are a mortgage brokerage and lender serving self-employed borrowers, real estate investors, business owners, and Korean-American clients throughout California and Hawaii. Responsibilities Create and manage content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, email, and the company website Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule Coordinate video editors, designers, photographers, and other vendors Repurpose long-form videos into Shorts, Reels, posts, and email content Create graphics, thumbnails, and marketing materials using Canva or Adobe software Support SEO, keyword research, website updates, and digital advertising Track content performance using Google Analytics and social media insights Assist with Korean/English translation, proofreading, and localization Support email campaigns, CRM follow-up, referral-partner outreach, and lead generation Qualifications Fluent or professionally proficient in Korean and English Experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or communications Strong writing, proofreading, organization, and follow-through Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, SEO, Google Analytics, or paid social advertising preferred Experience in mortgage, real estate, finance, or bilingual marketing is a plus Employment Details Full-time Brea, California Compensation based on experience and qualifications Paid sick leave, paid holidays, paid vacation, and other company benefits Opportunity to grow into a Media or Marketing Manager role
