If you love building relationships, presenting high-value solutions, and closing cases that transform smiles, join our team!
What You'll Do:
Practice Growth :
Spearhead local marketing, community outreach, and fun practice promotions.
Case Acceptance :
Assist doctors with consultations and drive case acceptance through education. Guide patients from their initial contact to starting treatment. Clearly explain treatment costs and walk patients through payment options. ​
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in marketing, sales, and case presentation.
Customer Service:
Exceptional communication and relationship-building. Proficient on PCs, quick to learn new software.
Education:
4 year degree in marketing, business, or communications required.
Traits:
Outgoing, results-driven, persuasive, organized, self motivated,and able to work independently.
Schedule & Compensation:
Pay:
$55 to $80k per year (includes base plus commissions) commensurate with experience and performance.
Hours:
Full-time (4-5 days/week). Must be flexible for early starts, late finishes, and required to work 1-2 Saturdays per month. Open to Part-Time applicants (min 3 days/week)
