Entry Level Sales, Bilingual English / Spanish

Job Overview California Global Signs Information Technology Co., Inc., a dedicated Digital Garment Printing company, is expending and searching for a highly qualified Entry Level Sales which responsibilities include Inside 80%/Outside 20%. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of Silk Screen or Direct to Garment (DTF) T shirt printing / manufacture industries. This Entry Level Sales role focuses on working directly with customers, introducing service options, and helping each customer find solutions that fit their lifestyle. Our team combines direct sales conversations with local marketing initiatives to expand brand awareness throughout the whole US market. Responsibilities Develops new customers by cold calling, lead generation provided by company listing. Explaining DTG product potential to Silk Screen Printers, T Shirt Resellers, etc.; identifying possibilities for product improvements and new products. Services current customers by maintaining rapport, making periodic visits if needed, evaluating customer needs for new opportunities responding to specific requests and finding new product solutions. Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions efficiently Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features clearly to diverse audiences in both English and Spanish Negotiate terms with customers, addressing questions and overcoming objections confidently Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies that increase brand awareness Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client needs and offering tailored solutions Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks within CRM systems Works closely with design, engineering and production teams for custom product. Skills Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse communities Positive, aggressive, and willing to generate and maintain repeat key accounts. Experience or interest in outside sales, door-to-door outreach, or energy sales is a plus but not required; training will be provided Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and close deals confidently T shirt and other customer printed garment sales is a plus.
