You'll handle scheduling, customer communication, office support, and help drive our social media presence. Responsibilities Customer Service & Dispatch Answer inbound calls, texts, and messages professionally Schedule and dispatch service technicians Confirm appointments and follow up with customers post-service Resolve customer concerns and escalate as needed Maintain accurate records in scheduling software Office & Admin Manage email and daily correspondence Assist with invoicing, estimates, and general office tasks Coordinate between office and field technicians Social Media & Marketing Create and post content on Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, and more Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews Assist with monthly email newsletters Help grow our community presence with fresh ideas Qualifications Strong phone and written communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with social media platforms and basic office software Self-motivated with a positive, team-player attitude HVAC industry experience a plus — not required; we'll train the right person Compensation & Benefits $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience) Referral bonuses Performance bonuses Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive, community-oriented team culture
