This is an excellent opportunity to apply your sales skills and home decor knowledge in an exciting and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Cultivating and managing customer relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting our services effectively. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs regularly. Coordinating with the home staging team to ensure client satisfaction. Navigating and updating customer management systems. Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Interest or experience in home decor and design preferred. Proven sales experience, preferably in the home decor or related industry. Ability to solve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a readiness to work under pressure. Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer demands. Good computer and technology skills, experience with sales and customer management software is a plus.
