Marketing Coordinator Sky River Casino - 3.1 Elk Grove, CA Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Productivity software Full Job Description The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting Advertising, Events, Promotions, and Player's Club management teams in all aspects of logistical planning. Effectively manage individual projects and communicate timing to the Director, marketing Operations and various internal departments. Assists the development of Company collateral and other communication tools directed to guests, members, owners, and Team Members. Assists and coordinates cost effective and timely process of bid gathering and purchasing of materials required by the marketing department. Maintains inventory and organization of photo images. Budget and monitor costs against assigned projects. Provides status report for on-going projects. Manage design reviews and approvals. Ensure timely approvals on all final artwork among all stakeholders. Facilitate revisions to creative as necessary. Works with creative to send work through to print production and double checking / trafficking final proofs. Maintains Activation Calendar and distribution. Tracks inventory of marketing materials. Serves as a partner to other departments assisting in requests for design collateral, event logistics and sales, including ticketing, backstage coordination, site tours, trade shows, etc. Executes off market events, cross-marketing programs, and coordinate incentive distribution. Assists with special projects as necessary. Perform administrative tasks as needed which include, but may not be limited to, filing, expense reports, travel scheduling, database management, spreadsheet preparation, attending meetings, planning and reporting. Supports the Marketing team on a variety of new business initiatives. Interacts with guests, establishes rapport and answers general questions during promotions and special events. Participates in the preparation and execution of all Advertising, Promotions and Special Events including tournaments, drawings and parties. Works within a team to ensure that all items needed to carry out the Advertising, Promotions and Special Events be in the appropriate place in a timely manner including necessary supplies and decorations. Performs other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field; or equivalent experience preferred. 1 year experience in marketing. Prior casino gaming experience preferred. Creative and graphic design skills preferred. Proficient with Microsoft office Suite or related software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
