Wireless Assistant:

As a Wireless Assistant, you will guide customers on the latest home technology, explain how it works, and provide exceptional customer service. Confidently present telecommunications and wireless products, answering questions clearly and transparently. A Wireless Assistant builds strong rapport with every customer, asks relevant questions, and delivers an outstanding sales and customer experience by resolving requests and providing top-tier service. Guide qualified customers through the sales process, helping to initiate long-term relationships and strengthen the client's sales pipeline. Collaborate with fellow Wireless Assistants and cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales, marketing, and customer service strategies that properly qualify prospective customers. Maintain consistent communication with quality control, sales support teams, and clients to adjust marketing tactics and stay informed on product updates. Wireless Assistant:

Prior customer service experience, sales or a business-related role is valued but not required for the Wireless Assistant position Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage customers and clearly present information Self motivated and capable of working independently while meeting responsibilities Charismatic and personable, with a natural ability to effectively engage with the clients and customers As a Wireless Assistant, being adaptable and flexible in assisting customers across diverse situations is a plus Full-time hours, with weekend availability as needed.

Pay:

$52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
