This role will assist with international marketing programs, social media management, digital advertising, influencer marketing, product launches, e-commerce initiatives, trade shows, and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, collaborative, and passionate about growing Baby Trend's presence in international markets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Distributor Marketing Support Serve as a point of contact for distributor marketing requests and support the International Marketing team in responding to inquiries. Set up, maintain, and manage the international marketing asset library. Support distributors with social media account setup and basic account administration. Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and assets to international partners. Assist with the translation and localization of marketing materials for various markets. Support the review of distributor content and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Social Media Support Assist with the day-to-day management of Baby Trend Mexico, Baby Trend Caribbean, and Baby Trend India social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok). Help create, schedule, and publish social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and promotional activities. Assist in developing monthly content calendars and gathering content ideas. Monitor social media engagement and compile performance reports. Research social media trends, competitors, and best practices. Digital Advertising & E-commerce Marketing Assist with Amazon Mexico, Mercado Libre, and other e-commerce marketing initiatives. Support the setup and monitoring of digital advertising activities. Help gather campaign performance data and prepare reports for management review. Assist with updating product listings, brand stores, and localized content. Support seasonal promotions, product launches, and online marketing initiatives. Influencer Marketing Support Assist in identifying and researching potential influencers and content creators. Support communication and coordination of influencer partnerships. Help organize campaign timelines, product shipments, and content submissions. Track influencer activities and maintain influencer contact databases. Assist with collecting campaign results and preparing performance summaries. Product Marketing Support Conduct market and competitor research across international regions. Gather information on competitor products, pricing, features, and positioning. Assist with product launch activities, including product copy, feature highlights, and marketing materials. Support the adaptation of marketing assets for different markets and retail channels. Help maintain product marketing presentations and reference materials. Trade Shows & Promotional Activities Assist with the planning and coordination of international trade shows, consumer events, and marketing activities. Support the development of booth graphics, signage, promotional materials, and event collateral. Coordinate logistics for giveaways, samples, and promotional items. Assist with event preparation, execution, and post-event reporting. Cross-Functional Coordination & Administration Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials for management, distributors, retailers, and trade shows. Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Creative, E-commerce, and other internal teams. Assist with vendor communications, quotations, invoices, and administrative documentation. Maintain project timelines, marketing calendars, and department records. Support additional marketing and administrative projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, International Business, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of marketing, social media, e-commerce, or related experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and content management tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with international markets, distributors, Amazon, Mercado Libre, or influencer marketing is a plus.
